Cassie Scerbo gets a birthday smooch from boyfriend costar Cody Longo as she celebrates her 20th at LIV at Fontainebleau in Miami Beach on Friday night (April 2).

The 20-year-old Make It or Break It starlet, sucked on Sugar Factory lollipops throughout the night, recently covered NY/NJ’s Steppin’ Out magazine and dished on auditioning for Hannah Montana.
Cassie shared, “I was a part of the original screen test. It was between me and another girl. I won’t say her name but I guess they wanted to go a little bit younger, so they brought in new writers and producers. At the time, everyone was saying, ‘This is yours! This is yours!’ I actually had the contract in my hand. I still have it, but that’s when they decided to rewrite it and go younger.”
And what does she think of Miley Cyrus snagging the gig? “I think she was a great choice. She’s so talented and her dad is great too.”
