Cassie Scerbo in the Slumber Party Girls

Being a member of the Slumber Party Girls has got to be the most amazing experience of my life! When I auditioned for SPG, over 1,000 girls from across the U.S. tried out. We all had to be able to sing, act AND dance - after about EIGHT WEEKS I got the awesome news! I was so excited! Actually when I got the news that I'd made it, I was sitting in my car leaving the mall and started crying hysterically because I was so happy.

When I first met Mallory, Lina, Karla and Caroline - I was like WOW, they're really amazing and extremely talented girls and we all shared the same passion for entertaining - so meeting them for the first time ROCKED! All of us girls were from different places and backgrounds, but we really grew as a family. We spent a lot of time on the set of Dance Revolution where we performed every week. In between shoots we'd hang in the green room and eat n' laugh and afterwards have a lot of fun at dinners, etc.

I had a wonderful time with the Slumber Party Girls (SPG) and love working with Mallory, Lina, Karla and Carolina. We actually had such a good time together it's hard to think of it as work. Check out the SPG section of my website to know more about my experience with SPG.

Shooting Dance Revolution was definitely hectic, but a lot of fun! We would rehearse VERY early in the morning, go to hair and make-up and wardrobe then shoot the show. After lunch the girls and I would shoot the videos. Learning and rehearsing the dance routines varied. Sometimes we had a couple of weeks to practice and learn the dance routines and sometimes we had to learn the entire routine and layout in one day. Nothing was ever the same. We had an amazing choreographer, Mikey Minden who worked with us and he always made sure that we perfected the routines before we hit the set! It was a lot of hard work, but the experience made all of us grow as entertainers.

DJ Rick who hosted Dance Revolution happens to be one of the most genuine and HILARIOUS guys I've ever met! He always had us cracking up backstage. Many times we'd get called out to perform in the middle of laughing hysterically, we pulled it off though and got ourselves to stop laughing just in time. We had sooooo many inside jokes and funny moments on the set - it was hilarious! Once we DJ Rick who hosted Dance Revolution happens to be one of the most genuine and HILARIOUS guys I've ever met! I really believe that everybody in this world has a destiny and I'm so fortunate to able to live out mine. Everything I do I make sure I accomplish it to the BEST of my ability, NOT ONLY for myself, but also for the people around me and especially my fans.I really hope you guys like the design of my website as much as I do!
